Before the shortlist
How we test a skilled trade
A CV tells you what a worker says he can do. A trade test tells you what he can actually do on your site. For every skilled category above, we run the second one.
Tested on the tools
Welders weld a coupon. Electricians wire a board. Drivers drive. Operators operate. Tests are run at approved test centres in Dhaka against the standard your contract specifies.
Recorded, not claimed
Each test is photographed or filmed and the evidence travels with the candidate’s file, so your engineers assess the work rather than our word for it.
Your panel, if you want it
Your engineers can attend testing in Dhaka in person, or join live by video call and select on the spot. Many of our repeat clients do exactly this.
Send us your demand letter
Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start date. You get a written feasibility note and an indicative timeline within one working day.
