Privacy policy

What we collect from employers and job seekers, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

XP Manpower Solutions (“XP”, “we”, “us”) operates xpmnp.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to employers, job seekers and anyone else who contacts us through this website.

If anything here is unclear, write to help@xpmnp.com and we will explain it in plain language, in English or Bengali.

1. What we collect

From employers. Contact name, company name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, sector, and the details of the manpower requirement you send us — including any demand letter, visa authority or offer document you choose to share.

From job seekers. Full name as it appears in your passport, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, home district, trade, years of experience, previous overseas employment, passport status, and any CV, certificate, photograph or passport copy you send us.

Automatically. Standard web server records such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. We use these only to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, bank account numbers, card details or payment credentials through this website.

2. Why we collect it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or shortlist
  • To match job seekers to employer demands and arrange trade tests and interviews
  • To prepare contracts, visa applications, medical bookings and emigration clearance
  • To meet our legal and licensing obligations as a recruiting agency in Bangladesh
  • To keep a record of who we have placed and where, as our licence requires

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the job you asked us to do:

  • Prospective employers — a job seeker’s CV, trade test result, photograph and passport details are shared with an employer only in connection with a live vacancy
  • Our Saudi partners, Thawabet and Reliable Forces Ltd, for visa, mobilisation and post-arrival coordination
  • Government authorities — the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET), the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, and the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka, where the process requires it
  • Approved medical centres (GAMCA / Wafid) and airlines, for fitness testing and ticketing

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent contact lists, and we do not pass your details to unrelated agencies or brokers.

4. How long we keep it

Employer correspondence and deployment records are kept for as long as our recruiting licence and Bangladeshi law require us to hold them. Job seeker registrations are kept on our active pool for up to three years from your last contact with us, so we can call you when a matching demand opens. You can ask us to remove you sooner — see section 6.

5. How we protect it

Files are held on access-controlled systems at our Dhaka office and with our IT providers, and are seen only by the staff handling your file. Documents you send by WhatsApp or email travel over those services’ own security. If you would rather not send a passport copy by message, tell us and we will arrange a different route.

6. Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your registration and stop contacting you
  • Withdraw permission for us to share your file with a particular employer

Email help@xpmnp.com with the request and the name and mobile number you registered with. We act on it within 30 days and confirm in writing.

7. Recruitment costs — an important note for job seekers

Registering with XP is free. Any government-set recruitment cost that applies to your deployment is stated to you in writing before you commit to anything. Never pay cash to an individual and never hand your original passport to an unlicensed broker. If anyone claiming to represent XP asks you for money outside a written, receipted arrangement, contact us immediately at help@xpmnp.com.

8. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we later add website analytics, this section will be updated before it goes live.

9. Other websites

Pages on this site may link to employer, partner or government websites. Those are not under our control and have their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already registered with us will also be sent by email or WhatsApp.
