A recruitment agency with one corridor and no shortcuts
Established in Dhaka in August 2022, XP Manpower Solutions exists to move Bangladeshi workers into Saudi employment — tested, documented and cleared.
Built for one corridor, on purpose
XP Manpower Solutions was established in August 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to do one thing well: move Bangladeshi workers into Saudi employment, properly documented and properly tested.
Bangladesh has the deepest construction and services labour pool in South Asia. Saudi Arabia has the largest construction and industrial programme in the region. The gap between them is not supply — it is the quality of the agency sitting in the middle. Demands go unfilled, workers arrive without the skill the contract promised, and paperwork stalls at the embassy. That gap is the business we built XP to close.
Partnership on the Saudi side
We work in partnership with Thawabet and Reliable Forces Ltd in Saudi Arabia. That means a demand does not land on a Dhaka desk alone. Visa authority, Musaned and Qiwa formalities, mobilisation planning and post-arrival issues are handled by people who deal with the Saudi side of the file every day.
Shared premises, established capacity
XP shares office premises and back-office systems with E-SA Services Ltd, a BMET-licensed international recruitment group in Banani, Dhaka, which runs its own training institute and skill-verification consultancy. New agencies usually spend their first years building documentation, testing and compliance capacity. We started with it.
What we will not do
We do not send untested workers against a skilled demand. We do not accept a demand we cannot fill within the timeline we quote. And we do not put a worker on a flight without medical clearance, a signed contract in his own language and government emigration clearance in hand. Every one of those shortcuts costs an employer more than it saves.
Compliance
XP Manpower Solutions operates under BMET licence RL-0000 — ADD BMET LICENCE NO., issued by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training under the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Government of Bangladesh. All deployments are processed through official government emigration clearance.

Our process
The eight stages every XP deployment passes through
Demand received
You send your demand letter, visa authority and job offer with trade, quantity, salary, duty hours and benefits. We confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Documents attested
Power of attorney, demand letter and agency agreement are attested through the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka and registered with BMET.
Sourcing from the labour pool
We draw from our own registered pool and district-level network across Bangladesh, filtering on trade, experience and Gulf-return history.
Trade test & interview
Skilled candidates sit a practical trade test. You attend in person, join by video call, or review our recorded evidence — your call.

You approve the shortlist. Offers are issued, contracts signed in Bengali and English, and every worker keeps a copy.
